Obituary
Mr. Lloyd Eugene Ginn, age 56, of Vanceburg, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021, in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.
He was born July 25, 1964, in Mason County, Kentucky, a son of Elizabeth Lewis Ginn and the late Robert Ginn.
Lloyd retired from Mann Chrysler in Maysville, Kentucky, and he enjoyed going to the races, working on cars, four wheeling, being outdoors and spending time with his family.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 35 years, Gena Boone Ginn; two daughters, Jamie Alvarez (Juan) Maysville, Kentucky, and Kristy Ginn of Vanceburg, Kentucky; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; two brothers, Monty Ginn of Vanceburg, Kentucky, and Kevin Ginn of Maysville, Kentucky; and three sisters, Glenda Riggs and Chasity Fite, both of Tollesboro, Kentucky, and Donna Powell of Maysville, Kentucky. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, June 13, 2021, at Dickerson Funeral Home in Vanceburg, Kentucky, with Sister Jeannie Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Lewis County Memory Gardens in Lewis County, Kentucky.
Friends may visit from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, June 13, 2021, at Dickerson Funeral Home, 110 West Second Street, Vanceburg, Kentucky 41179.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
